For Automation Partners

You keep 90% of the contract value.
Calculate what that means for you.

Qerify is a platform where automation Partners — freelancers, agencies and teams — get jobs with a ready brief, budget and deadline. Payment sits in escrow before you start work, and the platform commission is 10%.

Clients arrive with a described problem, a budget and a deadline, and the money waits in escrow before you start work. You're not bidding against eight others, and you're not writing quotes in the dark.

Three ways to earn from the same expertise

The same workflow you build for one client can earn money in three ways. They differ in how much of your time the next zloty costs.

01✅ live

Contract

Standard project work, billed by milestone or by the hour. The client deposits the milestone into escrow before the start, you collect the payout after acceptance. You keep 90%.

Time cost per additional PLN

The same as the first one.

02🟡 launching

Ready-made solution

An automation you built once, listed as a product to buy. Delivery can be automatic — a file or a license key issued right after payment. The order confirms itself after seven days, so the money doesn't hang indefinitely if the buyer forgets to click.

Time cost per additional PLN

Zero, if delivery is automatic.

03🟡 launching

Subscription

The same solution sold on a monthly plan. The payment renews itself, and the payment operator splits the revenue for us on every invoice.

Time cost per additional PLN

Zero. It's the only stream that grows while you're not working.

You don't have to pick just one. Most sensible paths start with contracts, since they fund the time it takes to build a product.

The client arrives with a brief, not the question "how much does it cost"

The company describes the problem in a conversation with Concierge, in six exchanges at most. At the end a job card is created with tools, scope, budget and deadline. That card goes into matching, and your profile shows up for companies whose description matches your toolkit.

What that changes in practice: you're not replying to a listing with forty other bidders. You're not pricing a project described in one sentence. You're not undercutting your rate to win a tender.

When the match is weak: the system says so directly and points the client to the job board instead of pushing a random profile. We'd rather lose one match than burn your review on a project that was never yours.

The money waits before you start

  1. The client accepts the quote and signs a contract generated from the deal data.
  2. The client deposits the first milestone into escrow. You see the budget exists, and only then do you start.
  3. You deliver the milestone, the client accepts it.
  4. The payout goes to your account through Stripe Connect.

What this setup doesn't have: invoices due in 60 days, chasing a transfer, or situations where you hand over finished work and wait.

What you need to receive a payout: an active Stripe Connect account and confirmed identity. We verify manually, so it takes a bit of time. Without it the money stays in escrow — worth sorting out before your first contract, not after.

From one person to a team, on the same account

Solo

You take on jobs you don't need to share with anyone. The lowest barrier to entry and the shortest path to your first payout.

An agency with its own brand

You invite people, build a company profile with its own name and logo. The client sees a brand, not a list of names. Bigger deployments and ongoing work instead of one-off jobs.

A ready team

You join up with people who have other skills and list yourselves together. Jobs that need several specialties — say, automation plus a visual layer — go to teams specifically. One contract, one quote, the payout split handled by the system.

You don't choose this at the start. You can work solo and join a team for a project you couldn't carry alone.

What you do, and what the system does

The system does: a contract generated from the deal data, an electronic signature with document verification at a public address, invoice data, export to KSeF and JPK-VAT format.

You do: you issue the sales invoice to the client yourself. The platform doesn't issue it on your behalf and doesn't stand between you and the buyer.

Optional add-on: industry contract templates for PLN 149 one-time, forever. Useful when you work in an industry with its own contract specifics. Without the add-on you get the general template, which covers most cases.

The first 50 Partners pay 5% instead of 10%

We're just starting out and we're not pretending otherwise. We're building the roster narrow, from Make, n8n and Bubble specialists — we'd rather have ten providers we've vetted than a thousand we don't know.

What you get: a lowered commission for the first 6 months from joining, priority in matching while the pool is small, and a real say in what we build next. With a small roster, every job has far less competition than on a mature platform.

What you don't get: a guaranteed number of jobs. We're building demand alongside supply, and we won't promise you a specific number of projects per month.

Questions, before you ask them

Hourly rates for no-code and low-code specialists range from 80 to 300 PLN. A single automation usually takes 10 to 80 hours of work and is worth 2,000 to 20,000 PLN. Integrating two systems takes 5 to 40 hours and is worth 1,500 to 10,000 PLN. A web application takes 40 to 200 hours and is worth 8,000 to 50,000 PLN.

10% of the completed contract. A freelancer on the Pro plan (79 PLN a month) pays 8%, and one of the first 50 founding experts pays 5% for the first 6 months, regardless of plan. Your profile, listing an offer and getting paid all cost 0 PLN.

As soon as the client accepts the milestone, by transfer through Stripe Connect. The funds sit in escrow from the start of the milestone, so you never hand over finished work and then wait for a transfer.

To receive payouts you need a Stripe Connect account and a confirmed identity. You issue the sales invoice to the client yourself, so settlement on your side needs to match whatever business form you operate under.

They don't accept the milestone and open a dispute, and the funds stay in escrow until mediation resolves it. A case with no response within 72 hours escalates automatically. For ready-made solutions, an order confirms itself seven days after delivery.

Yes. The platform supports a solo profile, an agency with its own name, and a ready team made up of several people. You can have an individual profile and belong to a team at the same time.

The client reaches you with a project brief that already has a budget and a deadline, not a one-line listing. On top of that, company tax IDs are verified. It doesn't eliminate every mismatch, but it removes the most common ones.

A profile is free. You only pay commission from money that's already arrived.

There's no fee to join, to list an offer, or for a month without jobs.
