Automating the generation of contracts and documents
Today a contract for a new client is made by copying the previous one, swapping the details by hand and checking that nothing from the old version has been left behind. At a dozen or so contracts a month, this is work where it is easy to make a mistake that only becomes visible when the client reads it.
How much this process costs you a year
The sliders start from values typical for this process. Swap them for your own — the result recalculates instantly, no account and no email required.
This process costs you
Realistically you will recover from PLN 0 to PLN 0 a year
Here is the math: salary times the employer cost multiplier 1.2 divided by 173 hours a month gives the hourly rate. That rate times the hours in a year gives the cost of the process. From the recovery we take a band of 40% to 70%, because part of the time recovered on paper comes back as supervising the automation and handling exceptions. This is a deliberately conservative range, not a promise.
Where the hours go
Preparing a document from a copy of the previous one means carefully going through every page to make sure no other client's details remain. With contracts that have several clause variants, such as a different scope of service, you also have to remember which variant fits this particular sale.
A mistake in this process is visible to the client, which damages the impression of professionalism more than most internal errors. On top of that comes the time spent sending the document and checking whether it has come back signed, which easily slips through the cracks when several contracts are in progress at once.
What automation does
The document is created from the current template and the client's data, pulled from the system where it already lives: the CRM, a form or the job record. The right clause variant is chosen automatically based on the sale's parameters, so nobody has to remember which template fits which situation.
The finished document goes straight out for electronic signature, with no separate export and send step. The signing status is visible without asking the client, and the signed copy lands automatically in the archive linked to that contract.
What it costs and when it pays back
Implementation usually falls between 2,500 and 7,000 PLN. The price depends on the number of document variants and whether integration with a particular electronic signature provider is needed, or whether a finished document you send yourself is enough.
Payback comes in the third to sixth month. Use the calculator above to work out how many hours a week currently go into preparing and sending contracts and quotes.

Frequently asked questions
Usually 2,500 to 7,000 PLN as a one-off, within the platform's automation range of 2,000 to 20,000 PLN. More document variants and integration with a particular electronic signature provider push the quote upwards.
Yes. The content of the document is identical to what a person would prepare from the same template. The automation changes how it is created, not its legal content or the way it is signed.
Yes, if the signature provider has an API for sending documents, which applies to most popular solutions on the market. It is worth confirming this directly for your specific provider when getting a quote.
Changing the template means editing a single source document, and the change shows up immediately in every contract generated afterwards. It does not require rebuilding the automation or involving the contractor for every small correction.
